Platinum Inc Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager to oversee polyurethane sales and develop new business within the chemical industry. The role requires a strong understanding of the chemical products market, including industrial, specialty, and fine chemicals, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and expanding business reach in the African region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for polyurethane and related chemical products.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in targeted markets, particularly across Africa.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Travel as required for client meetings, trade shows, and business development activities.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in polyurethane or the chemical trading sector.
• Strong understanding of the chemical products industry and customer requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals within the African region.
