Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and procedures
Conduct risk assessments and site inspections to ensure safety compliance
Lead HSE training sessions and toolbox talks for staff and subcontractors
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards
Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and compliance records
Promote a safety culture across all project sites
Liaise with regulatory authorities and client representatives on HSE matters
Requirements:
15+ years of HSE management experience in construction or mechanical projects
NEBOSH certification (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health)
Extensive knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and international standards
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proven track record of implementing successful HSE programs
