Social Media Executives
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Research and adapt to the latest social media and F&B trends to ensure relevance and creativity.
• Conceptualize, create, and publish high-quality digital content (photos, videos, reels, stories, live coverage) across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent brand messaging and timely campaigns.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and communities to increase visibility and interaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to drive campaigns and promotions.
• Act as a brand ambassador for designated restaurants, showcasing their unique identity and offering.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to optimize growth, reach, and engagement.
• Support in influencer collaborations, events coverage, and digital partnerships to enhance brand exposure.
Qualifications :
• UAE National (Emirati) candidates are preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and emerging digital platforms.
• Creative eye for storytelling, photography, videography, and editing.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
• Trend-savvy, proactive, and passionate about food, lifestyle, and digital culture.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to cover events and activations.
