Senior Recruiter
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Manage the end-to-end full recruitment cycle for waste management-related roles, from job requisition and sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, waste management networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified waste management professionals to meet current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize creative sourcing strategies such as employee referrals, social recruiting, and networking in the waste management industry.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and manage the interview process.
• Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand the strategic direction of projects and staffing needs.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and source of hire.
• Use data to continually improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a professional recruitment process.
• Collaborate with other members of the HR and Talent Acquisition team to share best practices, improve processes, and align recruitment efforts.
• Provide mentoring and guidance as needed.
Qualifications :
• Experience: 5 to 8 years
• Senior Recruiter with track record in talent acquisition, especially for waste management or related industries
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills, with ability to evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Ability to work with hiring managers and leadership teams to align recruitment with project strategy
