Job Responsibilities:
– Handle all government-related transactions (MOHRE, Immigration,
– Municipality, etc.) in compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
– Prepare, process, and submit documents related to visas, renewals, labor cards, and other official paperwork.
– Liaise with various government authorities and departments on behalf of the company.
– Maintain updated records of employees’ official documents.
– Support HR and Administration departments in related tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skils:
– UAE National with valid UAE family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
– Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
– Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and government procedures.
– Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
– Possession of a valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
