Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy aligned with company goals
Oversee daily online store operations, including website management, order fulfillment, and customer service
Lead digital marketing efforts to increase online sales and brand awareness
Analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activities to optimize offerings
Collaborate with IT, logistics, marketing, and sales teams to enhance platform performance
Manage budgets, KPIs, and reporting for e-commerce initiatives
Ensure compliance with UAE e-commerce regulations and standards
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred
Proven experience (15+ years) in e-commerce management, with at least 5 years in a senior/lead role
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills
Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
