Executive Secretary
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Providing administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Drafting, proofreading, and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
• Organizing and coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Maintaining accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
• Overseeing office operations, including ordering supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring office equipment is maintained.
• Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Collaborating with other departments and team members to facilitate the accomplishment of tasks and projects.
