Junior HR Assistant
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in posting job advertisements and screening CVs for retail positions.
• Support onboarding by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
• Ensure smooth orientation for new retail staff.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records (hard copy and HR system).
• Process employee documentation such as ID cards, access passes, and reference letters.
• Track probation periods and contract renewals.
• Monitor daily attendance and update leave records for retail store staff.
• Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and absence reports.
• Assist in resolving employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate welfare activities and employee engagement initiatives in stores.
