Key Responsibilities:
Assess students’ interests, skills, and aspirations through interviews and tests
Provide individual and group career counseling sessions
Guide students on subject selection, college applications, and scholarship opportunities
Organize career fairs, workshops, and guest lectures
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational programs, labor market trends, and career options
Assist students with resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders
Maintain confidential records of counseling sessions and student data
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
Certification in Career Counseling or Guidance is a plus
Experience working with children or young adults in an educational setting
Knowledge of career assessment tools and techniques
