Skills Required:
• 10 years Experience (On Prem Experience is a Must)
• Advanced Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with macOS would be of added advantage
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel).
• Operating System Deployment / Upgrade project experience
• Desktop and Laptop imaging
• Experience in a busy technical support environment
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Systems
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Proficiency in remote support tools (SCCM Remote Control, Remote Assistance)
• Experience in ITSM/ticketing systems.
