Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily activities and tasks of the team
Assign work and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met
Provide coaching, training, and development to team members
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback
Resolve conflicts and address employee concerns
Coordinate with management to align team goals with organizational objectives
Report on team performance and progress to higher management
Identify process improvements and implement best practices
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Qualifications & Experience:
Relevant bachelor’s degree or diploma (depending on industry)
Proven experience in the relevant field
Prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Strong understanding of team dynamics and performance management
