We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Collections Officer – Buckets to join our growing team in the UAE. This role is ideal for individuals with strong tracing and negotiation abilities who are driven to meet targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor overdue accounts while ensuring timely follow-up and collections.
Utilize tracing techniques to locate and contact debtors effectively.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to support recovery processes.
Negotiate payment plans and settlements in line with company policies.
Work toward achieving monthly recovery and collection targets.
Prepare regular reports detailing collection activities and results.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in collections and tracing within the UAE is highly desirable.
Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment.
A target-oriented, proactive, and motivated approach.
Candidates on spouse visas are preferred, though others are welcome to apply.
Freshers may also be considered, preferably those on an own visa.
