We’re seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Group CEO & CFO of a leading organization in Dubai. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage executive schedules, ensure smooth communication, and maintain strict confidentiality while handling sensitive matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements.
Handle all correspondence, documentation, and follow-ups with utmost precision.
Maintain accurate records of reports, expenses, and business itineraries.
Ensure seamless coordination between departments and executive offices.
Anticipate the needs of the executives and provide proactive administrative support.
Requirements:

Minimum5 years of experienceas a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant in the UAE.
Strong command of English communication(written and verbal).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
Excellentorganizational, multitasking, and time managementskills.
High level ofdiscretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Must beflexible and willing to travelas needed.
Educational background in Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
