Restaurant Operations Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure an efficient and smooth service.
• Manage and lead a team of staff, including front-of-house, kitchen, and support staff.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure service quality.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Track financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Schedule shifts and manage payroll for staff.
• Conduct staff training, provide coaching, and foster a positive working environment.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with senior management on marketing, promotions, and special events.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Requirements :
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A degree or certification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
