The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for products or services within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, visits, or referrals.
Present and promote products/services to existing and new customers.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Provide feedback to the team on customer preferences and market trends.
Participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, customer support) to ensure smooth order delivery and after-sales service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or field marketing.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of the market and competitor activities.
