Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage complex engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Review technical specifications and drawings.
Manage procurement, resource planning, and contract administration.
Prepare reports for senior management and clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in project management within the engineering or construction sector.
Proven leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of project management software and MS Office.
PMP or similar certification is preferred.
