Recruiter – Female (Construction Industry)
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for both white- and blue-collar positions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various job portals and networks.
• Coordinate interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and UAE labour laws.
• Support HR team in workforce planning and deployment activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Minimum 1 year of UAE experience in construction or fit-out recruitment (mandatory).
• Proven ability to handle both staff and labour category hiring.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Indian female candidates preferred.
• Immediate joiners only.
