HR Specialist
Job Location : Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities :
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and personnel files.
• Manage timesheets, attendance, and leave tracking; prepare monthly summaries.
• Process HR transactions on GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad (e.g., onboarding, transfers, wage protection).
• Support recruitment coordination: posting, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Prepare HR letters (salary/experience/NOC) and routine reports.
• Assist with probation confirmations, performance review cycles, and policy implementation.
• Coordinate with Finance for payroll inputs and with PRO/consultants for visa/Iqama workflows.
• Ensure compliance with KSA labor law and internal policies.
Requirements :
• 2+ years of experience in HR (KSA).
• Working knowledge of GOSI, Qiwa, Mudad and core HR tasks/timelines.
• Good English communication and strong computer skills (Excel/HRIS).
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and strong follow-through.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business or related field preferred.
