Senior HR Admin Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee daily HR administrative activities including employee records, onboarding, and documentation.
• Support HR policies, procedures, and employee relations aligned with UAE labor law.
• Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
• Assist in recruitment, performance evaluation, and training coordination.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure data confidentiality.
• Serve as a liaison between management and employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA in Human Resources preferred).
• 5–8 years of proven HR experience with a Tier 1 contractor in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR compliance frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information responsibly.
