We’re Hiring: Customer Service Officer

Alrifai UAE is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with multiple teams to resolve issues efficiently.
