Key Responsibilities:
Meet with clients to understand event requirements and objectives
Develop event concepts, themes, and layouts
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams
Manage event logistics, including permits, setup, and breakdown
Prepare budgets and ensure events stay within financial parameters
Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event evaluation
Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to during events
Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning or coordination
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Knowledge of event management software
Relevant degree or certification in Event Management or related field preferred
