We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Accounts Manager to lead our finance team and oversee all aspects of financial operations. The ideal candidate must hold a valid ACCA certification and possess a strong background in managing accounting functions within a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and budgets in accordance with international accounting standards
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including VAT filings and other regulatory submissions
Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely audit completion
Lead and mentor the accounting team to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accountability
Support financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and assist senior management with strategic insights.

Candidate Requirements

ACCA qualification is mandatory
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
8–10 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
In-depth understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial compliance
Proficient in ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Tally, or QuickBooks, and advanced MS Excel skills
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities
