Role Summary:

As a Sales Specialist at Valtech Car Parking Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored parking solutions to commercial and retail clients.
You will act as the face of Valtech in client interactions, representing our commitment to efficiency, professionalism, and premium service standards.
Success in this position means exceeding sales targets, building a robust pipeline of business partnerships, and enhancing Valtech’s reputation as the leading valet and car parking services provider in the region.
Your role directly contributes to the company’s strategic expansion and customer satisfaction goals.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, hospitality, retail, and residential sectors.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and negotiations to secure new contracts and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Track sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and present progress to management.
Stay informed of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to optimize service packages.
Attend industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to promote Valtech’s brand and services.
Ensure all sales activities align with company values and service standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, facilities management, or hospitality sectors.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client accounts.
Valid driver’s license for site visits and client meetings.
