Join our dynamic team to lead high-end modular kitchen, wardrobe, tile, and complete interior fit-out projects in Dubai.
Responsible for managing and overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely execution with quality standards and safety protocols in place.
Key Responsibilities
– Supervise installation of kitchens, wardrobes, tiles, and other interior work on site.
– Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure workflow.
– Monitor project timelines, resolve on-site challenges, and report progress.
– Ensure quality checks and client satisfaction at every stage of execution.
– Maintain documentation and follow Dubai municipality regulations and safety standards.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years of experience in interior/execution work (modular kitchen/fit-outs preferred).
– Strong site management and leadership skills.
– Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs.
– Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
– Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
– Knowledge of local codes and vendor networks is a plus.
