We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of our software applications. The ideal candidate will develop test plans, execute manual and automated tests, identify bugs, and work closely with developers to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
Execute manual and automated testing to identify software defects.
Log and track defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Perform regression testing to ensure fixes and new features do not impact existing functionality.
Participate in test case reviews and team meetings.
Prepare test summary reports and documentation.
Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in manual testing and automation testing.
Familiarity with testing tools like Selenium, JIRA, TestRail.
Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or SQL.
Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
ISTQB or relevant QA certification is a plus.
