Will play a crucial support role within our sales department. This position is ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced Real Estate environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations, and assisting with client communication and data management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales Process Support:

Process sales orders, invoices, and quotations.
Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and presentations.
Assist with preparing sales proposals and reports.
Communicate with clients on order status and inquiries.
Data & Administrative Management:

Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Organize sales documents, contracts, and files.
Ensure data accuracy and generate reports.
Handle general administrative tasks for the sales team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Liaise with departments like Marketing and Finance.
Assist with client issue resolution.

Qualifications & Skills:

· High school diploma (or higher).
· Prior administrative or sales support experience is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
· Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
· Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
· Knowledge in Google Workspace is an advantage.
