Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in facilities coordination or management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of FM systems and processes
Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day facilities management activities
Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers
Monitor service contracts and ensure timely delivery
Maintain documentation related to maintenance and operations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
Assist in planning and executing maintenance schedules
