Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.
• Ensure proper invoicing of jewellery items and maintain records of transactions.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with payment-related queries.
• Handle exchanges, refunds, and returns in compliance with company policies.
• Maintain updated stock records for jewellery items during billing.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies to the management.
• Adhere to cash handling and jewellery security protocols.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
• Assist in packaging and secure handling of jewellery items.
• Support the sales team during busy hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years as a cashier, preferably in the jewellery industry.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (degree in accounting or finance is a plus).
• Proficiency in operating billing systems and POS machines.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for accurate billing and cash reconciliation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers effectively.
• Attention to detail to avoid errors in transactions or invoices.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of jewellery grading, pricing, and industry practices is preferred.
