HS Catering & Events – a family-run, fast-growing catering & events company – is looking for a
dynamic Admin / Personal Assistant to join our team!

🧩 Your role will be a mix of admin and support tasks, such as:

– Organizing sales leads, inputting data into Excel & CRM
– Assisting the sales team with proposals, reports, and follow-ups
– Sourcing suppliers, checking prices, drafting documents
– Helping with office tasks (like ordering stationery or simple coordination)
– Assisting the company owners with day-to-day PA support (booking tickets, research, small
errands)

– Friendly personality and good communication skills
