HS Catering & Events β a family-run, fast-growing catering & events company β is looking for a
dynamic Admin / Personal Assistant to join our team!
π§© Your role will be a mix of admin and support tasks, such as:
β Organizing sales leads, inputting data into Excel & CRM
β Assisting the sales team with proposals, reports, and follow-ups
β Sourcing suppliers, checking prices, drafting documents
β Helping with office tasks (like ordering stationery or simple coordination)
β Assisting the company owners with day-to-day PA support (booking tickets, research, small
errands)
