As a Restaurant Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere, manage reservations, seat guests efficiently, and provide excellent customer service to enhance their dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide a friendly first impression.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table utilization.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and handle customer inquiries professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff regarding guest needs and seating.
Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and courteously.
Assist in closing procedures and report any issues to management.
Promote special offers or events when appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
