We are looking for a friendly, attentive, and professional Waitress to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will ensure a memorable dining experience by delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and recommend specials.
Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers.
Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after each guest.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues politely and promptly.
Process payments accurately and provide change if needed.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members.
Follow all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pleasant personality and good customer service skills.
Basic math skills for handling bills and payments.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
