We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Coordinator (Female) to support our HR department in various functions including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, and maintaining candidate databases.
Handle onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately.
Support in preparing HR policies, reports, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
Address employee queries and provide timely support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Support in performance management processes and training initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of all employee information.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Prior experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
