Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the hypermarket to ensure smooth functioning
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
Monitor sales, inventory, and customer service metrics to achieve targets
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for procurement and logistics
Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues
Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and strategies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in hypermarkets or retail chains
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
Knowledge of inventory management, sales, and customer service best practices
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software
