Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks at the hydro sports location
Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and reservations efficiently
Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and payments
Assist in scheduling staff and equipment maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Support marketing and promotional activities as needed
Prepare reports and documentation related to operations and client feedback
Liaise with suppliers and service providers for equipment and supplies
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in sports, leisure, or hospitality sectors
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of safety standards relevant to hydro sports activities
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software
