Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing security policies and procedures
Supervise security personnel and coordinate security activities
Monitor security systems and conduct regular patrols
Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement as needed
Conduct security training and briefings for staff
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience in security management, preferably in hospitality or luxury resorts
Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Saudi nationality preferred
