Key Responsibilities:

Oversee soft services operations including cleaning, landscaping, pest control, and security
Develop and implement service standards and quality control measures
Supervise and coordinate with soft services staff and contractors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies
Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
Prepare operational reports and manage budgets

Requirements:

Proven experience in soft services or facilities management
Strong leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
UAE facilities management experience preferred
