We are seeking experienced Mechanical Production Supervisors with a strong background in steel structural fabrication, pressure vessels, and related fields to oversee production activities. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of relevant standards and excellent supervisory skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate fabrication and assembly of steel structures, pressure vessels, and tanks
Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
Monitor production processes and optimize workflow
Review and verify technical drawings and procedures
Manage and guide fabrication staff
Ensure timely completion of production targets
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.)
5-7 years relevant experience in steel structural fabrication, pressure vessels, tanks, or piping
Good knowledge of ASME, API 650, AWS D1.1 standards
Familiarity with Tekla, Etabs, SAP, Staad.Pro, Idea Statica software
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
