We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect to lead the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) into our architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, proficiency in BIM software, and experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary teams to deliver accurate and efficient digital models.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement BIM strategies and standards for architectural projects.
Create, modify, and manage 3D models using BIM software (Revit, ArchiCAD,/Navisworks).
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Coordinate design documentation, clash detection, and constructability reviews.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Conduct BIM training sessions for team members.
Monitor project timelines and budgets related to BIM deliverables.
Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and software advancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience as a BIM Architect or similar role.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of architectural design, construction processes, and building codes.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
