• Standard user support (Incidents and Requests). Provide local / direct DT issue reporting channels. Escalation / follow-up of late delivery / incident resolution by other teams Proactive activities to prevent issues. NPS feedback follow-up Server / Comms room maintenance and monitoring
• Networks Hands and Feet support Console Access, Racking, Cabling, Patching Matrices VLAN support, mapping, tracing LAN optimization Last mile network troubleshooting Communicate with the service provider for service-related issues. Download invoices from vendor portal for submission. Follow-up on payments and sharing proof of payment with vendor.
• Shop Floor machine tool support. Grid & Gas Power: Manufacturing, Repairs & O&Ms Managing the shopfloor PCs and making sure they are connected to network and operational. Providing training / access to new users Supporting local training and events Monitoring the OT network and support changes to OT network Troubleshooting the issue with equipment / devices (e.g. CNC devices) on the shopfloor and OT network Management of site-specific vendor-provided tools and equipment on site Hands and feet support for On-premise servers Non-standard Access control and security solution support (biometrics, CCTV)
• Asset lifecycle Support Lost / Stolen process for PCs and Mobile phones Manage disposal of IT equipment Support Asset recovery process (e.g. leavers, non-returned refreshes) Onboarding and offboarding of user Manage
