Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certification in HSE (such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in manufacturing or metal fabrication industries.
Strong knowledge of local safety regulations and standards.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for employees.
Maintain HSE documentation and reporting.
Collaborate with management to promote a safety-first culture across the organization.
