We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Assistant Manager to lead growth initiatives in our Air Freight Department. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand our air freight services.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in air freight business development within the Shipping Agency and Freight Forwarding industry.
Proven track record of generating new clients and revenue growth.
Strong understanding of air freight operations, tariffs, and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop strategic plans and execute sales strategies.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in air freight.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Prepare proposals, pricing, and negotiate contracts.
Coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
