Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and manage the entire rental department structure, policies, and operations.
• Develop and execute the rental business plan aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee fleet availability, dispatch, maintenance, and return process.
• Manage rental pricing, contracts, KPIs, and profitability.
• Coordinate with after-sales, logistics, and maintenance for smooth delivery and service.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, and manage the rental team as the division grows.

Requirements:
• 5+ years in rental, leasing, or fleet operations (preferably EV, golf carts, or automotive).
• Strong leadership and commercial skills.
• Ability to build processes from scratch and scale operations.
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
