Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a well-known fast food outlet or restaurant within Saudi Arabia as a Kitchen Supervisor.
Languages:
Arabic (Colloquial): Fluent speaking and reading (Compulsory).
English: Good command in speaking, reading, and writing (Compulsory).
Note: If you are not proficient in Colloquial Arabic, please do not apply.
Work Attitude:
Must be hands-on and ready to assist in daily operations (cutting, marinating, assembling, etc.).
Willing to strictly follow the restaurant’s standard cooking and packing procedures (training will be provided).
Must maintain hygiene standards and ensure discipline among staff.
Supervisor Responsibilities:
Lead and actively support the kitchen team during busy hours.
Monitor product quality, preparation time, and portion control.
Ensure packing accuracy and cleanliness standards.
Handle basic inventory and report low stock.
Assist in training new staff according to restaurant procedures.
Report directly to the branch manager.
