About the Role:
Scholars International Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive EA/HR Coordinator to provide high-level executive support and coordinate HR processes across our schools. We are especially interested in candidates with a travel agency background, as the role includes managing travel logistics, visas, and administrative arrangements for staff. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic educational group, supporting both strategic leadership and people operations.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence.
– Coordinate employee travel arrangements, ticketing, hotel bookings, and visa processing.
– Support onboarding, staff documentation, and HR administrative tasks.
– Liaise with travel agents, consulates, and government bodies for smooth travel and relocation services.
– Assist in organizing events, PD workshops, and HR-related communications.
– Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
– Prior experience in a travel agency or travel coordination role is a must.
– 2+ years in executive assistance or HR coordination, preferably in the UAE.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working with HRIS or digital systems.
– Knowledge of UAE visa and travel regulations is a plus.
