Review the projects technical requirement and determine the most optimal stowage and appropriate MCV from P&O Maritime Logistics Fleet.
Prepare sea fastening and lashing arrangement drawings, structural steelwork drawings, and other project-specific fabrication details.
Develop mooring, ramp, and berthing arrangement drawings, including simulations as per project needs.
Prepare load-out and load-in sequence drawings aligned with operational requirements.
Provide technical support to the commercial team for MCV deployment strategies and customized design requirements.
Ensure compliance with P&O Maritime Logistics’ established procedures and technical guidelines.
Create professional and standardized drawing templates for the P&O Maritime Logistics fleet.
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma/Certification in Drafting or Marine Drafting.
Job-Specific Skills:
Proficient in AutoCAD 2D drafting.
Strong understanding of marine vessels, barges, and offshore units.
Proficiency in Rhino software will be a plus.
Practical knowledge of site operations, especially Ro-Ro (Roll-on/Roll-off) operations, is an advantage.
Experience in barge management and marine transportation is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
Engineering Support
Support Business Units with engineering drawings related to vessel modifications,
Assisting the line manager in any other technical related tasks whenever required.Assist technical engineers with drafting support as required.
