Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Handle appointment scheduling and manage the receptionist area
Maintain and update CRM database accurately
Provide administrative support as needed
Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming
Assist with business setup procedures if required
Qualifications:
Female, with proven experience as a Receptionist
CRM experience is a must
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of MS Office and basic administrative tasks
Background in business setup is a plus
Presentable and professional appearance
