Customer Care Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
– Log service requests and resolve customer issues.
– Support and promote company activities on social media.
Qualifications:
– Background in Facilities or Property Management preferred.
– Bilingual is prefered in English & Arabic.
– 2+ years of customer care experience.
