We’re looking for a creative, motivated, and plant-loving team member to join our shop! This role is a unique blend of indoor plant care and floral artistry, perfect for someone who enjoys both green life and beautiful blooms.
Your Role Includes:
• Curating and creating artistic floral arrangements and hand bouquets.
• Caring for indoor plants: watering, pruning, repotting, and maintaining shop displays.
• Assisting and advising customers with both flowers and plants.
• Supporting the shop’s vision and aesthetic direction.
• Being open to learning new styles and creative ideas.
• Keeping the shop tidy, fresh, and welcoming at all times.
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
• Truly loves indoor plants and understands their care.
• Has experience in floral design (modern and seasonal styles).
• Is creative, detail-oriented, and visually inspired.
• Is proactive, reliable, and organized.
• Can take direction while bringing their own flair.
• Has good communication and customer service skills.
