Your Key Responsibilities
Define and lead the go-to-market and sales strategy for key accounts in the Utilities, Water, and eMobility (EV Charging) sectors in the UAE and GCC region.
Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, positioning Siemens Advanta as a long-term strategic partner.
Identify and convert new opportunities through a strong sales pipeline, leveraging Siemens’ digital portfolio and global innovation footprint.
Collaborate with internal solution, delivery, and project teams to craft tailored, high-impact proposals, and lead commercial negotiations.
Deliver value-led engagements across customer journey stages — from initial diagnostics to scaled digital transformation programs.
Use deep industry insight to proactively shape client roadmaps, investment plans, and use-case pipelines for sustainable growth and innovation.
Align global capabilities with local needs, acting as a connector between Siemens Advanta’s global teams and clients in the Middle East.
What You Bring
10+ years’ experience in a senior client-facing or consulting role in digital transformation, with deep exposure to the Utilities, Water, or eMobility sectors.
Proven track record in consultative selling and enterprise business development, ideally within or to infrastructure-heavy industries.
Strong domain knowledge of sector-specific processes, challenges, and value drivers — including regulation, asset lifecycles, and operational efficiency.
Solid understanding of technologies including IoT platforms, edge computing, cybersecurity, cloud architecture, AI/ML, and industrial automation.
Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives and technical stakeholders alike.
Entrepreneurial, results-driven mindset, with high resilience, ownership, and a strong sense of customer value.
Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams, preferably in global consulting or technology environments.
Knowledge of the UAE and preferably GCC business landscape, public-private partnerships, and regional sustainability initiatives is a strong advantage.
