Responsibilities (practical, daily work)
Menu updates: Items, sizes, add-ons, categories, tags (veg/spicy/healthy), prep times, availability.
Photos: Upload/replace meal images per app specs; maintain a shared asset folder; chase rejections until approved.
Pricing & promos: Apply price changes, schedule offers and bundles, record start/end, confirm go-live.
Catalog hygiene: Zero missing photos, zero disabled items by mistake, consistent names/Arabic labels, allergens where needed.
Change-log & SLA: Log every change; minor edits same-day; full menu pushes within 24–48h.
Reporting (weekly): Views→orders conversion, AOV, cancellations/OOS reasons, promo results; propose next actions.
Liaison: Open tickets with aggregator support/AMs; follow through to resolution.
1–3 years in a restaurant operations/admin or assistant operations role handling delivery app menus.
Hands-on with at least two of: Talabat, Jahez
Google Sheets/Excel (filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivots basics).
Canva/Photoshop (basic) for cropping/resizing to specs.
Clear written updates. Arabic is a plus; English required.
